  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.  Your use of this
  11. software you indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  12. and warranty.

  16. One registered copy of SS Extender may either be used by a single
  17. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  18. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  19. multiple people, but not both.

  21. Governing Law

  23. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  24. Kentucky.

  26. Disclaimer of Warranty

  28. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  29. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  30. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  31. different hardware and software environments into which SS Extender may
  32. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  33. OFFERED.

  35. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  36. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  37. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  38. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  39. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  43. Evaluation and Registration

  45. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  46. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  47. days and a 10 day grace period.  If you use this software after 
  48. this 40 day period a registration fee of $8 is required.  Payments must 
  49. be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Brad W. 
  50. Young, 1808A Ridgewood Dr., Murray, KY 42071-3149.  When payment is
  51. received you will be sent a key to register the version of SS Extender
  52. you have, if a new version of SS Extender is available you will be given
  53. a license to the latest version.

  55. Unregistered use of SS Extender after the 40 day evaluation period is
  56. in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  58. Distribution

  60. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  61. Version (select About from the SS Extender popup menu to check) you are
  62. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of
  63. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  64. the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  65. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  66. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  67. of the above.

  69. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  70. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  71. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  72. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
